Will my insurance cover AYVAKIT® (avapritinib)?
AYVAKIT is covered by 99% of all commercial plans and 99% of Medicare plans.* All prescription medications have a list price. AYVAKIT's list price is $38,929 for all doses and package sizes†, but with insurance coverage and support from YourBlueprint, very few patients pay the list price.

Co-Pay Assistance Program
Approximately 90% of patients with commercial insurance paid $0 per month† with help from their insurance and the YourBlueprint Co-Pay Card‡ when they accessed AYVAKIT through our network of specialty pharmacies. This program covers co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible expenses for those who qualify.

The Patient Assistance Program offers medication at no cost to those who are eligible. You may be eligible for the Patient Assistance Program if you:
Do not have insurance, your insurance is limited or you have unaffordable out-of-pocket costs
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Have a valid prescription for AYVAKIT
AND
Meet financial eligibility criteria
